2005 v4.3 Technical Support Document

The Technical Support Document Emissions Modeling for the Final Mercury and Air Toxics Standards describes how emissions were prepared for air quality modeling in support the Regulatory Impact Assessment for the final Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS). The emissions were based on updates to the emissions in the 2005 National Emissions Inventory, Version 2. The abbreviations for the modeling cases discussed are 2005ct, 2017ct_ref, and 2017ct_ref_mats.
