TE Product Pipeline Company, LLC, Fined for Violating the Clean Water Act

(Dallas, Texas – December 8, 2009) The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has fined the TE Product Pipeline Company, LLC, of Baytown, Texas, $25,855 for violating the Clean Water Act. Today’s announcement settles a Clean Water Act violation for a 1,470-gallon oil spill into Cedar Bayou, a tributary of Galveston Bay, and adjoining shorelines, in Chambers County, Texas, on April 28, 2009.
