Deadline Extended for Pollution Prevention Grant Applications

For Release: March 20, 2020

EPA is extending the application deadlines for the following two grant opportunities:

  • The Pollution Prevention (P2) Grant RFA deadline will be extended until April 30, a one-month extension. Additional information is available on www.grants.gov, under Funding Opportunity Announcement EPA-HQ-OPPT-2020-001.
  • The Source Reduction Assistance (SRA) Grant RFA deadline will be extended until May 15, a two-week extension. Additional information is available on www.grants.gov, under Funding Opportunity Announcement EPA-HQ-OPPT-2020-002.

EPA will host a SRA grant informational webinar for potential applicants and interested stakeholders on March 25th from 2:00-3:00pm EDT. This webinar will review information about the SRA grant and the application process to help applicants submit a high-quality application.

In February, EPA held an informational webinar on the P2 grants and a webinar on the P2 National Emphasis Areas for potential applicants and interested stakeholders. Watch the webinars and find guidance on applications here: https://www.epa.gov/p2/grant-programs-pollution-prevention
