EPA Region 4 is piloting a Sole Source Aquifer (SSA) project review form.  Please note that this form is only applicable to EPA Region 4 states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
