Public Engagement for Iowa Department of Natural Resources State Revolving Fund Programmatic Agreement with Iowa State Historic Preservation Officer

U.S. EPA Region 7, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP), and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) State Revolving Fund (SRF), in consultation with the Iowa State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO), are developing a new statewide programmatic agreement (PA) for the Clean Water SRF and Drinking Water SRF programs. This PA will guide compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act under 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 800.
