Summary

Failed to comply with the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity ("MSGP") including: Failure to select and install effective stormwater control measures; Failure to minimize exposure of industrial activities to stormwater and failed to carry out good housekeeping practices; Failure to take corrective actions to mitigate unauthorized stormwater discharges; Failure to conduct routine facility inspections and effective quarterly visual assessments, and failure to meet reporting obligations; Failure to prepare and fully implement an accurate Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan ("SWPPP").
