This SMMP is intended to provide management and monitoring strategies for disposal in the Jacksonville Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site. Appropriate management of the disposal site is aimed at assuring that disposal activities will not unreasonably degrade or endanger human health, welfare, the marine environment or economic potentialities.
