AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

is authorized to discharge from a facility located in Raton, Colfax County, New Mexico. The discharge will be to an ephemeral reach of Raton Creek, thence to the classified, perennial reach of Raton Creek, thence to Chicorica Creek, thence to the Canadian River in Segment 20.6.4.305 at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 36° 55’ 6.27” North and Longitude 104° 26’ 1.95” West,
in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, and Part III hereof:
