Pursuant to the Accountability Tax Dollars Act of 2002, Allmond and Company, LLC will audit the financial statements of the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) for fiscal year 2026. The purpose of the financial statement audit is to express an opinion thereon. We confirm our acceptance and our understanding of this audit engagement by means of this letter.
