Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 intends to issue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit under the authority of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations at (40 CFR) Part 122 to the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Any persons wishing to comment on any aspect of the proposed permit or CWA Section 401 water quality certification should do so within 30 days of the date of the Public Notice.
