EPA alleges that the respondent failed to comply with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit at its Speer facility. Alleged violations include failure to adequately review, implement, and document corrective actions and control measures; failure to adequately sample stormwater leaving their site; failure to submit sampling results in a timely manner, and failure to maintain an adequate Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or good housekeeping practices on site.
