Public Notice: Proposed Settlement with Full Cycle LLC for Clean Water Act Violations in Alaska

EPA is providing notice of a proposed administrative penalty settlement with Full Cycle LLC for violations of the Clean Water Act at its wastewater facility located in Ketchikan, Alaska.
