Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, proposes to reissue a NPDES permit for the discharge from the Saganing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant located within the trust property owned by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe in Arenac County, 2600 Worth Rd, Standish, Michigan 48658 (Section 31, Township 18N, Range 5E) to Unnamed tributary to Saginaw Bay of Lake Huron, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to reissue the permit.
