| Excluded Activities/Other Restrictions | Grant funds may not be used to recruit applications for any loan and/or grant program, duplicate current services or assistance provided by the U.S. Forest Service, replace or substitute support previously provided, fund political activities, pay for capital assets, real estate or vehicles, improve and renovate office space, or pay for construction or operation and maintenance costs for water and waste facilities. |
