Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to issue an Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit related action, under the authority of the Safe Drinking Water Act and UIC Program regulations, that would authorize Nwestco, LLC to operate a dry well for disposal of treated industrial fluids. The dry well discharges (injects) into the surficial aquifer. The proposed Class V well, known as Petro Waste Solutions, is located in Denver County, Colorado. The discharge point is a dry well at a depth twelve feet deep. This permit action is a renewal of an existing permit.
