The Class V UIC Permit No. R9UIC-CA5-FY20-3 for Elk Hills Power, LLC, 4026 Skyline Road, Tupman, CA 93276 may be found below. EHP operates a natural gas-fired facility which generates 550 MW of electricity. EHP has 3 active injection wells that dispose of non-hazardous power plant wastewater into the Upper Tulare formation within the Elk Hills oil field. The UIC Permit authorizes continued injection by EHP for a 10-year term. Docket No. EPA-R09-OW-2020-0733.
