Prevention

• EPA is developing guidance to assist EPA regions in awarding their state and tribal LUST prevention grants, including guidance on eligible uses of LUST prevention money as well as accounting and performance measures information.

• EPA is developing guidance for states and the EPA for managing LTF corrective action (cleanup) cooperative agreements.
