Executive Order 14192 Deregulatory Actions

EPA is committed to full transparency in our compliance with Executive Order (EO) 14192 and implementation of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs’ (OIRA) M-25-20 guidance (pdf) regarding deregulatory actions under EO 14192.

Per OIRA “an EO 14192 deregulatory action may be issued in the form of an action in a wide range of categories of actions, including, but not limited to: 1) Informal, formal, and negotiated rulemaking; 2) Guidance and interpretive/interpretative documents; 3) Some actions related to international regulatory cooperation; and 4) Information collection requests that repeal or streamline recordkeeping, reporting, or disclosure requirements.” For full transparency purposes, this webpage was created to track and make public actions approved by OIRA as deregulatory under EO 14192.
