Benchmark Dose Modeling - Introduction

The Introduction training module defines basic terms related to benchmark dose modeling, discusses the advantages of using the BMD methodology over the older NOAEL/LOAEL approach, covers the types of toxicity data that can be modeled using Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS), and introduces useful dose-response reference materials .

Dose-Response Data

The Dose-Response Data training module covers the various dose-response data types that users can model using Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online.

Model Suites

The Model Suites training module discusses the various models available in Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online, including how parameter values impact model behavior and model parameter restrictions.

Selecting Dichotomous BMR

The Selecting Dichotomous BMR training module discusses the various benchmark response (BMR) types that users can currently use to model dichotomous data in Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online.

Selecting Continuous BMR

The Selecting Continuous BMR training module discusses the various benchmark response (BMR) types that users can currently use to model continuous data in Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online.

Model Fit Statistics

The Model Fit Statistics training module covers the various statistical approaches that users can employ to judge model fit in Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online.

Selecting Best Single Model

The Selecting Best Single Model training module covers the approaches to select the best fitting model in Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS) and BMDS Online, and how to effectively document BMD analyses for sharing with colleagues.
