Legal Internships in the Office of Regional Counsel in Atlanta (EPA Region 4)
The Region 4 Office of Regional Counsel (ORC) offers opportunities for legal internships during the spring semester of each school year and each summer to law students actively pursuing a J.D. or LLM. Interns are given substantive assignments by attorneys and are often asked to accompany attorneys to meetings, negotiations and occasionally other excursions.
How to Apply
For summer internships, interested persons should apply for “Student Trainee (Legal)” positions through EPA’s Pathways Internship Program by March 15, 2024. More information about these internships and application instructions can be found by visiting USAJobs.com and searching for “EPA-T4-OII-2024-0005” in the keyword search field. Applications must be submitted via USAJobs.gov. Applications submitted directly to our office will not be considered. For more information about the Pathways Program or other career development opportunities for students, please visit EPA's Opportunities for Students and Recent Graduates or Student and Recent Grads on USAJobs. Summer internships may also be available through the Georgia Law School Consortium’s Public Sector Career Fair.
For internships during the academic year, contact your law school’s placement office.
