Toxicokinetics (TK) provides a bridge between chemical hazard and exposure assessment by predicting tissue concentrations due to exposure. Traditional TK methods can be resource intensive and require chemical-specific in vivo data. The U.S. EPA's httk R Package is free and uses data from in vitro assays to fill data gaps in traditional toxicokinetic methods.
