On Monday, February 24 from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. Eastern time, EPA will host a conference call to review certain provisions of the Fees for the Administration of the Toxic Substances Act rule. In light of the recent publication of the preliminary list of manufacturers/importers subject to risk evaluation fees, the Agency will be giving a brief overview of the fees associated with an EPA-initiated risk evaluation, the entities subject to fees, requirements for self-identification, and how fees will be divided among those identified on final lists.
