How to Register for Electronic Reporting Using SSTS (Foreign Companies)

In this video you will learn how to register for EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) for international users. The Central Data Exchange is a central point for submitting to EPA legally acceptable data in various formats, including electronically submitting pesticide establishment reports. Specifically, this video will guide international viewers how to add and use EPA’s Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS) for foreign pesticide establishments.

How to Submit an Annual Pesticide Report (EPA Form 3540-16) Using SSTS

In this video you will learn how to electronically submit your annual pesticide report(s) (EPA Form 3540-16) using the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS). Pesticide Establishments that produce pesticides or devices must submit a report to EPA annually, on or before March 1st. In order to maintain an active pesticide establishment number, you must submit an annual report, even when no products are produced or distributed.

How to Register New Pesticide Establishments (EPA Form 3540-8) with SSTS

In this video you will learn how to electronically submit your new pesticide establishment form(s) (EPA Form 3540-8) using the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS). Currently ONLY domestic establishments may be created electronically in SSTS.

In this video you will learn how add additional pesticide companies to your existing CDX account using the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS). This video will help you manage multiple pesticide companies with a single CDX login.

How to Inactivate a Pesticide Establishment Using SSTS

In this video you will learn how to electronically inactivate a pesticide establishment using the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS). You should only request inactivation if your pesticide establishment is no longer producing pesticides or pesticide devices. Once you inactivate it will be unlawful for this facility to produce or distribute pesticides.
