This webinar discusses the types of industrial stormwater facilities that are required to obtain NPDES permit coverage focusing on permit eligibility requirements, industrial sectors, and no exposure. The presenters will then describe how they identified the non-filers and conducted inspections at potential non-filer facilities well as the results of these inspections.

Stephanie Meyers
Stephanie Meyers is an NPDES inspector and enforcement officer for EPA Region 8 in Denver, Colorado. Prior to working for Region 8, Stephanie worked for EPA Region 6 in Dallas, Texas for five years where she was also an NPDES inspector and enforcement officer. She has a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
John Kosco
John Kosco is an Environmental Engineer in EPA’s Office of Compliance in the Water Branch. He has a master’s degree in environmental engineering from George Washington University and a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State. He is also a Professional Engineer in two states and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). John has worked for the Water Branch for five years where he leads OC’s Compliance Advisor program which provides technical assistance to small wastewater and drinking water systems. John is also a credentialed NPDES stormwater inspector.
