  • August 13, 2025 - EPA will hold a virtual public hearing on September 2, 2025 for the Oil and Natural Gas Interim Final Rule. In addition to this EPA is extending the comment period for this interim final rule until October 2, 2025.
  • July 28, 2025 - EPA issued an interim final rule to extend certain compliance deadlines in the 2024 New Source Performance Standards and Emissions Guidelines for oil and natural gas operations - commonly known as OOOOb/c - under sections 111(b) and 111(d) of the Clean Air Act.
  • March 12, 2025 - Trump EPA Announces OOOO b/c Reconsideration of Biden-Harris Rules Strangling American Energy Producers
