Please note that when “the Final Rule” or “Final Rule” is mentioned, it is encompassing both NSPS OOOOb and EG OOOOc. As a reminder, EG OOOOc does not impose requirements directly on sources. Instead, that portion of the Final Rule triggers an obligation for states to develop plans that include standards for existing sources in their states.
