EPA's 8th Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment

EPA's 8th Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment (DWINSA) will assess the nation's public water system' infrastructure needs over the next 20 years. The data-driven results will be used to develop Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) allotments and allocate funds to Tribes under the Drinking Water Infrastructure Grant Tribal Set-Aside (DWIG-TSA). The 8th DWINSA will also focus on the unique costs faced by small water systems.
