EPA's 8th Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment

EPA's 8^th Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment (DWINSA) will assess the nation's public water system' infrastructure needs over the next 20 years. The data-driven results will be used to develop Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) allotments and allocate funds to Tribes under the Drinking Water Infrastructure Grant Tribal Set-Aside (DWIG-TSA). The 8th DWINSA will also focus on the unique costs faced by small water systems.
