Tennessee Announce Clean Water Act Agreement with Knoxville Utilities Board

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Department of Justice, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation jointly announced today a comprehensive Clean Water Act settlement with the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB). The settlement will ensure the proper management, operation, and maintenance of KUB's sewer system including measures to prevent overflows of untreated sewage.
