ORD/CEMM/Atlantic Coastal Environmental Sciences Division Library Services
This is a specialized research library for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Center for Environmental Measurement and Modeling (CEMM) in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The Atlantic Coastal Environmental Sciences Division (ACESD) conducts research to enhance the understanding of the effects of human activity on land and waters of the Atlantic seaboard. Researchers collect and analyze data to provide tools for diagnosing and predicting the effects of this activity on aquatic resources and wildlife.

Hours of Operation
The library is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays.

History of the Library
The Library was established as part of the U.S. EPA in 1971, with the collection of the former National Marine Water Quality Laboratory, Federal Water Quality Administration, and Department of the Interior as its nucleus.
