Form 3520-13A: Fuel Additive Manufacturer Annual Report

Form 3520-13A is an annual report that is submitted by fuel additive producers and importers.

In this report, submitters report fuel additive production volume for the compliance year. Each manufacturer should complete one form, which includes all of their fuel additives.
