User Updates

When registering as a new user in OTAQREG, after creating a new account you must associate it to a company in OTAQREG. For existing companies, new users can request a “user association.” For instructions on creating a user association, see the following job aid:

  • How to Become a Delegated User of a Registered Company in OTAQREG (pdf) (June 2018, EPA-420-B-18-032)

To edit delegated user roles as a delegated user, RCO, or Delegated RCO of the company, see the following job aid:

  • How to Edit Delegated User Roles in OTAQREG (pdf) (December 2020, EPA-420-B-20-061)

RCO Updates

To establish e-signature capabilities for an existing RCO, the RCO must log into the OTAQREG program service and submit an RCO Update Request. For help with this process, see the following job aid:
  • How to Enable RCO E-Signature Capabilities in OTAQREG (pdf) (June 2018, EPA-420-B-18-033)

When the Responsible Corporate Officer (RCO) of a company changes, the new RCO must create a CDX account. Once the account is created, the RCO Update Request can be submitted through OTAQREG. For instructions on how to submit an RCO Update Request, see the following job aid:

  • How to Update the Responsible Corporate Officer (RCO) in OTAQREG (pdf) (June 2018, EPA-420-B-18-034)

Facility Updates

To update a renewable fuel producer facility, including changes to name or location, contact information, program types and activities, and fuel pathways, see the following job aid:
