Submission Schema for RIN and Credit Transactions in the EPA Moderated Transaction System (EMTS)

The ZIP files contain the xml format that must be followed for submission of transactions into the EPA Moderated Transaction System for the Renewable Fuel Standard or Fuels Averaging, Banking and Trading.
