  This policy establishes the U.S Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) requirements for safeguarding and dissemination controls of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and sets forth the framework to implement Executive Order 13556 and 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 2002, both titled, "Controlled Unclassified Information."
