The Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program is working to update the Basin's Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan (CCMP). The Draft 2026 CCMP is now available for public comment. Please see the PRP's Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan Page for more information and to participate in submitting a form for public comment.
The Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program (PRP), established in 2000, is designed to restore the ecological health of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin by developing and funding restoration projects and related scientific and public education projects.
