Pesticide General Permit Electronic Reporting
eReporting Overview
EPA requires the following PGP forms be submitted electronically unless granted a waiver from an EPA Regional Office:
- Notice of Intent (NOI)
- Notice of Termination (NOT)
- Annual Report
Under EPA’s 2026 PGP, these forms must be submitted to EPA through the NPDES e-reporting Tool (NeT PGP) system. For training information and technical support, visit the NeT Support Portal or email NPDESeReporting@epa.gov.
NeT PGP for submitting NOIs, NOT, Annual Reports under EPA's 2026 PGP
Pesticide Decision-makers must use NeT PGP to electronically prepare and submit an NOI, NOT, or Annual Report for pesticide discharges under EPA’s 2026 PGP. NeT PGP should only be used for pesticide discharges that are located in a geographic area where EPA is the permitting authority (see PGP Appendix C). Decision-makers who must submit an NOI are required to submit the NOI consistent with the earliest applicable due date identified in Table 1-2 of the PGP.
If you need to submit an NOI, update your NOI, submit your Annual Report, or submit an NOT for your pesticide discharges, visit the Central Data Exchange (CDX) to use NeT PGP. EPA has developed guidance and training to assist with the process of submitting NOIs, NOTs, and Annual Reports. For user support, visit the NeT Support Portal or email NPDESeReporting@epa.gov.
