Four (4,000hp) natural gas fired combustion internal combustion engines that drive natural gas compressors. Proposing to install five new combustion turbines (10,504hp each turbine) to drive compressors. A new natural gas emergency generator (1506kw). Two small boilers (6MMBtu/hr) for heating.

8. Emission Control Technology

Dry low-NOx and emission limit of 15ppm at 15% O2 for NOx for combustion turbines; low-NOx burner and emission limit of 0.05lb/MMBtu for auxiliary boilers; 1g/HP-hr and limited annual operation for NOx limit on emergency generator. Good engineering technology for PM emissions. GHG BACT 440 tons CO2e 12-month rolling average.
