If you have questions about the EEO complaint process, you can find helpful information on the Employment Complaint Resolutions page. You can also contact your Equal Employment Opportunity Officer or the Office of Civil Rights and Adjudication, EEO Division.

If you think you have experienced discrimination - Please contact the appropriate official within 45 calendar days of the date of the alleged discriminatory incident, or effective date of the alleged discriminatory personnel action. An EEO counselor will be assigned to you to attempt to facilitate resolution of your allegations.

An individual can complete the EEO Counseling Intake Questionnaire before EEO counseling. This form contains the necessary information collected during counseling. You must make contact with an EEO official within 45 days, with or without the intake form.
