The Office of Civil Rights and Adjudication for the U.S. EPA enforces federal civil rights laws that require equal employment opportunity for EPA employees and applicants seeking employment at EPA as well as laws that prohibit discrimination by recipients of federal financial assistance. If you would like to file an Equal Employment Opportunity complaint, please contact the Office of Civil Rights and Adjudication at (202) 564-7272. Comments may also be sent via mail. Please note that complaints submitted for investigation must be signed and in writing. The mailing address for correspondence is:
