The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General plans to begin our required audits of the EPA’s fiscal years 2023 and 2022 financial statements for the Toxic Substances Control Act, or TSCA, Service Fee Fund and the EPA’s fiscal years 2024 and 2023 financial statements for the TSCA Service Fee Fund. These audits are statutorily mandated by the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, which amended TSCA.
