PCB Annual Report Form

Under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations section 761.180(b), PCB disposers and commercial storers must submit an annual report using EPA Form 6200-025 by July 15 of each year for the preceding calendar year that summarizes PCB wastes handled by the facility.
