Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 intends to issue Former Ashland, Inc. Facility a permit covering the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) under authority of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulation at Part 264 (40 C.F.R Part 264). Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the draft permit should do so within 45 days of the date of the Public Notice.
