Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 5, is providing notice of intent to execute an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Flex-N-Gate Rantoul, LLC (“Respondent”) for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA). EPA alleges that Respondent failed to sample for total toxic organics (TTOs) from March 2023 through March 2026, in violation of 40 C.F.R. § 433.17.
