Public Notice: Proposed Settlement with Mahoney Environmental Solutions for Clean Water Act Violations Related to Pollution Prevention Regulations in Washington

EPA alleges the respondent’s Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan was inadequate and did not include complete diagrams displaying all tanks, tank contents, appropriate secondary containment descriptions, failure prediction scenarios, and tank integrity testing.
