Checklist for Reviewing EPA Quality Management Plans
This checklist will be used to review the Quality Management Plans (QMPs) that are submitted to the Enterprise Quality Management Division (EQMD) of the Office of Mission Support - Office of Records, Administrative Systems and eDiscovery (ORASE) for Agency review. All QMPs submitted to EQMD must also include this completed QMP checklist to ensure that organization's QMPs contain all requirements.
