Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) 
CTBTO has a network of radionuclide monitoring stations across the world that detect radionuclide air particles and noble gases like xenon.

Canadian Monitoring System
Canada's Fixed Point Surveillance (FPS) network monitors public doses from radioactive materials in air.

IAEA EPR Information Exchange
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) website provides information for the Emergency Preparedness and Response Information Management System (EPRIMS) and the International Radiation Monitoring Information System (IRMIS).
