Below are EPA's orders issued to Inhance Technologies LLC in December 2023 directing it not to produce PFuDA, PFDoA, PFTrDA, PFTeDA, PFHxDA, PFODA, PFOA, PFDA, and PFNA. On March 21, 2024, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit vacated these orders.
