Rule Summary

This rule promulgates national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for gasoline dispensing facilities. Gasoline dispensing facilities receive gasoline via gasoline cargo tanks from gasoline distribution facilities. Air toxics are released during the delivery of gasoline into storage tanks.
