Hawaii Department of Health is responsible for conducting monitoring, assessment, reporting under CWA Sections 303(d) and 305(b) and TMDL development for the state of Hawaii.

The Environmental Planning Office is principally responsible for monitoring and preparation of the Section 305(b) report. More information on these programs can be found at the Hawaii Department of Health, Clean Water Branch's Integrated Report and Total Maximum Daily Loads.
