Tribal Science Council: Research and Resources to Support Tribes

    The memorandum of understanding establishes technical cooperation and coordination related to the sustainable management of water, land, and air resources.

  • Working with Tribal Partners to Restore Fisheries in Northern Maine

    EPA researchers are working in collaboration with the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, as well as with the Maliseet First Nations in Canada, to help restore and reclaim their heritage of a thriving Atlantic salmon fishery in the St. John River Watershed and the Meduxnekeag River.
