Region 6 Safe Drinking Water Act, Drinking Water Tribal Funding

Fiscal Year 2025 Project Solicitation 

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 Water Division, Tribal Water Infrastructure Team is soliciting projects for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding for Drinking Water Tribal Set-Asides (DWTSA), Emerging Contaminants (EC), Lead Service Lines (LSL), and Small and Underserved and Disadvantaged (SUDC) Drinking Water Grants.

To be eligible for drinking water grants under this funding opportunity, Tribes must have sent an email of interest due by March 01, 2025, and a project summary to this email r6tribalfunding@epa.gov, by April 01, 2025, or request an extension. A tribal project summary template is available, see below.

If you receive an invitation to apply for a drinking water program direct grant after sending a project summary, a full workplan and budget must be received by email by May 20, 2025, or an extension requested.

To receive a Drinking Water Program Direct Grants in FY2025, a full grant application must be submitted through Grants.gov by Thursday, June 05, 2025. If you have any questions, please send an email to r6tribalfunding@epa.gov.
